Help for the Climb
Sypes Canyon, Gallatin National Forest. Thirty minutes into a run I would not have known would take me one thousand six hundred thirty-seven feet in elevation (i’m a novice for those of you who just scoffed;) As my mind and body are switching gears from pain to pleasure, my gratitudinal mind turned toward all the people the infinite has placed in my life and on my path, whom I credit for my realizing this experience. With copious amounts of gratitude (and endorphins) pulsing through my body I realize that also are the roots under my feet, providing ‘stairs’ for the climb. Help is everywhere you want to be.
